The 22-year-old gifted Esperance player is certainly Ali Boumnijel's successor. He featured at the 2004 African Nations Cup and the 2004 Olympics but remains Boumnijel's understudy. At Esperance he is also behind the Ivory Coast's Jean-Jacques Tizie in the pecking order but his obvious talent has prompted many experts to consider him one of the future great Tunisian talents, and compared to former number one Chokri El-Ouaer. Kasraoui started his professional career with Esperance in 2003.
